Cabernet Sauvignon was the very first variety planted on our farm back in 1980 and there is a reason
why it is the most planted variety in the vineyard today. It grows exceptionally well here in the Horse
Heaven Hills and conveys everything the appellation is known for; bold fruit expression, faint hints of
earth and herbs and a powerful palate that lends to a deeply refined finish. This wine is a beautiful
expression of our vineyard. Enjoy now but will benefit from again for years to come.
